At FERLA JEWELRY, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Custom or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons !
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@ferlajewelry.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Ship the Item(s) Back: Package the item(s) securely and include the RAN. Ship the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
- Custom or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for exchange.Earrings are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons !
Exchange Process
- Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at info@ferlajewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Receive an Exchange Authorization: Our team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item(s) Back: Package the item(s) securely and include the EAN. Ship the package to the exchange address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive Your New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will ship out the replacement item(s) and provide you with tracking information.
Exchange Shipping Costs
- For exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ferlajewelry.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide a photo of the damage or defect along with your order number for faster processing.
